Introduction:
An effective team is more than a group of people working in the same place. All people, processes and dynamics must be aligned towards a common goal. This can be difficult. It is hard to assess problems from the inside and can be even harder to implement change. A group of people tends to find a comfort zone and stay there, whether this serves their purpose or not. When a team gets stuck, or dynamics shift, it is vital to recognise it, address it and increase upward momentum. This involves supporting the team, and the individuals within it, in overcoming challenges which may be affecting performance.
IMPACT Team Building offers a unique solution to teams in Ireland and further afield. We assess issues within a team, design specific programmes for effective change, and support the implementation of results back in the workplace. We combine our vast range of expertise to tailor packages for specific needs, with options for follow-up coaching to facilitate a smooth transition to a more positive and successful team. Coaching will allow team members and managers to fully identify their role within the team, to recognise how their behaviour impacts on other team members, and to support them in addressing issues they may have within the team.
Our team building programmes can incorporate team challenges, complex projects and tasks, adventure activities or fun morale boosters. Coaching can be provided for managers and team members, either individually or as a group. Our unique combination of tailored team building events and coaching works to develop both the team and the individuals within it for lasting success.
